We elaborated our organic hummus from our own extra organic virgin olive oil and our own production of organic chickpeas (variety called “milky white”). A chickpea with a protected geographical indication (PGI) much appreciated for its texture, flavor and smoothness.

Our hummus is an organic certified product without preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. A healthy and natural product, source of protein, rich in fiber, in oleic and linoleic acid, but also in vitamin B9 (expressly recommended for pregnant women for the prevention of diseases and impaired fetal growth, prevention of different forms of cancer and cardiovascular disease) and vitamin B1 (growth, skin maintenance and functioning of the nervous system).
